Disney Channel, premiered an energetic, dance filled buddy comedy series - "Shake It Up" on Saturday 30 March (2013) at 10 am. The series centers on the journey of best friends Neel Walia and Yash Mehta, two high-spirited teenage boys, whose dreams of becoming professional dancers are realized when they land roles as background dancers on the most popular teen dance show, "<em>Shake It Up, Mumbai</em>!"

Move over Gangubai and make way for Rajesh! Yes, the proclaimed child stand-up comedian, Saloni is back to tickle your funny bone with her hilarious performance, this time, as a boy named Rajesh. Making a special appearance in the funniest family comedy on-air, Saloni will play a friend to Karan and Kabir and try to help them out with the whimsical situations that the boys are known to get into.

For their upcoming quiz show – ‘Disney Q – The Family Mastermind’, Disney Channel will have the charming and versatile theater, television and film personality – Benjamin Gilani as the host. With kids leading the path, the show will see families contest against each other to win the coveted title of India’s Smartest Family.

Disney Channel India brings Luck Luck Ki Baat, its first locally produced ‘made-for-TV’ movie for all Disney Channel fans. Riding high on the phenomenal success of the original produced family shows – <em>Best of Luck Nikki</em> and <em>The Suite Life of Karan</em> and Kabir</em>, Disney Channel India will premiere its first family movie, filled with comedy, fun, adventure, luck and of course magic on Sunday, 30 September at 10.00 a.m.

The cuddly and courageous, Winnie the Pooh will make his television debut on Disney Channel with The New adventures of Winnie the Pooh beginning 10 September at 12.30 pm (Monday to Friday). The series will bring to life memorable stories of childhood as Christoper Robin’s bedroom doors open to the adventurous world of Hundred Acre Wood, a timeless place of wonder and whimsy where Winnie the Pooh along with Tigger, Piglet, Eeyore, Gopher, Owl, Kanga and Ro will entertain you in a non-stop entertaining series about the love of a child for his best friend, a bear named Pooh.
