Here we go…another bit of news on Chahat Khanna. Now, the entire world has been witness to Chahat Khanna-Kanan Malhotra-Ekta Kaul “sandwich” of a love story. And folks…not to miss the Farhan chap in between. Well…for the uninitiated…Chahat and Kanan were dating each other and later had a fall out. Kanan moved on to sing love songs with his co star from the Zee TV show <em>Rab Se Sona Ishhq</em>… Ekta Kaul…and Chahat apparently developed feelings for a guy named Farhan, who is a businessman.

All said and done…there can be no point denying that Indian TV buffs love saas bahu dramas. No wonder most shows which begin as love stories eventually end up following the daily soap track. And the cast and crew of Zee TV’s <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/hitler-didi-gets-moved-830-pm-rab-se-sona-isshq-air-8-pm-slot>Rab Se Sona Isshq</a></em> have learnt this the hard way.

Malini Kapoor who has played a wide range of roles in television is happy to be back on screen with Zee TV’s Rab Se Sona Ishq (produced by Jay Productions). As we know, the show is about a young girl Sahiba (Ekta Kaul) whose husband Ranbir (Ashish Sharma) dumps her on her wedding night to go to England in search of his dreams.

The title tussle between Jay Productions and Balaji Telefilms is finally over (we reported about it), with Jay Mehta finalizing the title <em> Rab Se Sona Ishq </em> for his one-of-its kind love story for Zee TV. The story revolves around the innocent girl Sahiba who is deserted by the man she loves on the very day of their wedding. The journey undertaken by Sahiba from the heartland of Punjab to the unknown city of London, just to get her man back will form the crux of the story.

Zee TV is on a super high these days. After launching, Punar Vivah, Phir Subah Hogi, Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke (to air on 21 May 2012) the channel is all set to come up with another show produced by <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/sanjay-swaraj-jay-mehtas-show-zee-tv>Jay Mehta Productions</a>. And we have learned that young and bubbly Ekta Kaul, a newcomer from Jammu, has been signed to play the female lead in the show. Apart from Ekta, <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/well-established-actress-buy-room-chawl>Bharti Patil</a> has also been roped in by the makers.
