Jhanak appears determined to stand up for her unborn child and make Anirudh answerable for her pregnancy. Due to his high fever, Anirudh will not be able to remember their one-night stand and would thus not accept Jhanak's child either.

It appears that Jhanak, who purports to be carrying Anirudh's child, would cause Arshi and Anirudh to have restless nights. Arshi is aware that Anirudh may be the father of Jhanak's unborn child, even though Anirudh will insist he had nothing to do with Jhanak's pregnancy.
