Endemol India, producers of some of the most spectacular television content, announces the appointment of Sameer Gogate as Business Head of its Films division. Based out of Mumbai, Sameer will play a pivotal role as Endemol India gears up to make a strong foray into mainstream cinema in both Bollywood and the Southern Film Industry.

Endemol India, producers of some of India’s biggest television reality shows, today announced their plans of transforming the hit reality show <em>Bigg Boss</em> into a celluloid treat. Endemol India in association with Select Media Holdings Pvt. Ltd’s film production arm, Moving Pictures, is all set to jointly produce a horror comedy based on the experiences of the people in the <em>Bigg Boss</em> house.

Endemol India will soon come up with a unique fiction show for Life OK in the coming months. The show titled <em>Devki</em> is about a girl who gets trapped amidst a mysterious wave on the night of her wedding, after which her life sees a sea-change. A certain section of the media has already reported about Rohit Purohit playing the lead in the show. Also, it has been reported that Shafaq Naaz is most likely to play the female lead.
