‘As long as inhuman acts like rape, there is not going to be any peace or justice or equality or freedom. You are not going to become what you want to become or who you want to become. You are not going to live in the world you want to live in.’- Andrea Rita Dworkin (an American radical feminist and writer best known for her criticism of pornography, which she argued was linked to rape and other forms of violence against women).

Hunar Hali, better known as Aditi/Neha of Colors’ Chhal- Sheh Aur Maat (24 Frames), is neither too happy nor too upset with her show coming to an end on 5 October 2012. But the actress does feel that certain amendments and little lesser experiments in the story could have helped it survive.
“They kept on experimenting with the storyline without a pause and this served as a disadvantage to the show and it failed to gain TRPs. We were being kicked like a football from one idea to another,” says Hunar.

Chhal Sheh Aur Maat, produced by 24 Frames for Colors started off as a very unique show that brought the thrill element into the viewers’ living rooms. However, the show failed to keep its momentum going on the ratings chart. With passing of time, the thriller was changed to a family drama with the face of the Sarkar being revealed. But this did not help the cause, and the makers soon introduced a paranormal angle to the story track.

If Chhal-Sheh Aur Maat' viewers were left confused with massive genre change (thriller to family drama) there is more to come.
With the social story (Aditi turning negative and having a face-off with her mother-in-law Ija) also not impressing TRP meters the Creative’s (Bhairavi Raichura and Nandita Mehra Production) are currently going down the paranormal route. Regular watchers of this Colors show must have already noticed this track kicking in. It will now go full blown with the death of Aditi that would be telecast soon.

24 Frames’ Chhal Sheh Aur Maat on Colors will in the coming week spring a new twist with the death of its lead protagonist, Aditi (Hunar Hali). As we know, the show had recently taken a paranormal route as a result of which the ratings have got a bit better.
And now in the coming Monday’s episode, (27 August 2012) while the entire family will be celebrating the birthday of Ginni, Ija (Aishwarya Narkar) will win the final battle with Aditi by stabbing her to death.
With Aditi dead, how will the story shape up? How will Aditi be able to avenge her death?
