When Rajat meets with his personal lawyer, he tells him that he is going to give Saisha to Ashika and requests that he make the necessary arrangements.

Saisha asks him whether he is alone when Rajat comes outdoors. She also lets him know that she is waiting for him and questions him about being late. However, Saisha tells him that she would like to spend some time with him and requests that they play together, which irritates him.

Rajat is shocked to find out that Sai is the love child of Arsh and Aashka, as it looks like Arsh spread this information. Rajat regrets marrying Savi and gaining Sai's custody. He looks stressed due to his big loss.

Rajat will want to get a DNA test done however, he will realize that even if Sai isn’t his child, he will always feel love for Sai and nothing can change this. Savi will come to know about this and will eventually feel proud of him.

In the episodes ahead, Rajat will see his life of how he has been cheated in every relationship of his and he thinks that it might be true that Sai is Arsh’s daughter. As Sai approaches him, it will lead to a major drama.

Rajat reaches the top first, but Arshi stops him, suggesting that Rajat and Arsh are competing to break the earthen pot during Janmashtami. Arsh recalls the time that he and Aashka had made out in a room.

While Rajat maintains distance from Sai, Bhagyashree will confront Rajat about his behaviour and will learn that there are chances that Arsh is Sai’s father and hearing this, she will also be disturbed.

Together, they create the best parents for little Sai, therefore the duo's plans to gain custody of Sai are finally realised. When Sai returns, the Thakkars throw a huge celebration, and Savi feels delighted to have Sai as her daughter.

Rajat can be seen taunting Aashika by saying that Savi is his real wife and she is just Arsh's glorified mistress. This will devastate Aashika since she knows Arsh is only playing with her feelings and might not really marry her.

Arsh and Aashika will not be able to stop Rajat and Savi’s marriage and later, he will lie to Rajat that Sai is not his legitimate daughter. Rajat will be beyond shocked and will not be able to believe the same.
