The latest update is that popular actress Jasveer Kaur who has done many Television shows like Ghar Ki Laxmi Betiyaan, Waaris and Sasural Simar ka has also bagged the project.

Jasveer Kaur, the talented actress is looking for her next challenging project on television after she opted out of the longest running show on Sony Entertainment Television, <em>CID</em>. Jasveer was part of this Fireworks Productions show for two years.

Nigar Khan, last seen in Mitwa Phool Kamal Ke is making her comeback with <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/sajan-ghar-jaana/sajan-ghar-jaana-hai-tipped-start-july>Sajan Ghar Jana Hai</a>. She will again play a grey character. She has already started shooting for <em>Sajan</em> and her entry will take place tonight.

Sony’s longest-running show <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/cid-aahat-writer-turns-director>CID</a> now turns bi-weekly. The show will also introduce some new characters in the mystery-cracking team this month. <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/cid-team-mistook-real-one>Shivaji Satam</a> confirms this news, “Yes the show will turn bi-weekly. New lead characters will enter the show. Hrishikesh Pandey will essay the role of a <em>CID</em> cop along with Jasveer Kaur. Manini Mishra plays the role of a forensic expert.”

Jasveer Kaur who played the vicious Pavitra in <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/after-leaving-maayka-zee-abandons-betiyann-0>Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan</a> is all set to enter Sajan Ghar Jaana Hai as a <em>kothewali</em> (courtesan). The character of Pavitra too was that of a <em>kothewali</em> and of an antagonist. But in <em>Sajan</em>, she will be seen as a sweet, positive girl, Roop Kunwar, who apparently loves Ambika Bhavani (<a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/snippets/casting-gone-right-varun-khandelwal>Varun Khandelwal</a>)
