Will Raja Ki Aayegi Baarat bear the brunt?

Speculations are rife about the fate of Endemol’s Sabki Laadli Bebo that airs at 10 pm on Star Plus. The show will either wind up or will be placed in the afternoon slot of the channel. Buzz doing the rounds is that if the show is shifted to the afternoon slot then the show likely to be axed is Rashmi Sharma’s Raja ki Aayegi Baarat. Sharma in the meanwhile is all set to launch her second show on the channel.

Ali Merchant joins Raja's Baraat while Kapil Nirmal bids good bye?

Ali Merchant seems to have become the new poster boy of Star Plus. First, he was brought back as Rituraj in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlaata Hai for a brief period on public demand. And now, he will play Angad, the new lead in Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat after the apparent exit of Kapil Nirmal. He is related to Surya Singh Rathore (Pankaj Dheer) and has come back to repent for his mistakes done earlier in his life.
