Jeet Soni is a new entrant in Kesariya Balam Aavo Hamare Des; and he is all set to "run away with his lady love Momal" in the show. Soni who was last seen in <em>Mr and Mrs Mishra</em> says, "Though my character has just been introduced in the show, it will develop further in the Holi sequence. In the Holi special episode Mohit will enter the family and meet Momal but no one will able to recognize him because of the colours on his face; this sequence is somewhat similar to the one in the film, <em>Darr</em>."

Most TV shows today depicts rural tales. So, it becomes important to show rural settings. Usually, the initial episodes are shot in rural locales but thereafter the unit creates a near village-like set in the city. Setting up a rural set means constructing mud-houses which need to be looked after well. Trouble is bound to brew if these homes get washed in rain.
