In a real jolt for Balaji, Anita Hasnandani has opted out of their show <em> Krazy Kiya Re</em>. As a result of this, the show, to be aired on Sony, is now postponed till November. Says Anita, “<em> Mahabharat</em> will consume most of my time. Besides, I really want to concentrate on Mahaharat and put in my best efforts.”

For the first time, here's a reality show that stands out from the rest, both in its nature and format. Optimystix's singing reality show <em> Krazy Kiya Re</em> does come across as a breath of fresh air.<em> Krazy</em> has eight amateur singers fighting it out in three different forms. A. <em>Geetantar</em>- It consists of twisting tunes. The contestant would have to sing the lyrics of one song on the tune of another. B. <em>Bhashantar</em> - This round is simple as the name suggests, the contestants have to translate a Hindi song into another language of his/her choice.

After a bad bull run of soaps, Sony will now offer two Balaji soaps to viewers. Ekta is all set to produce two new shows for the channel, namely <em> Krazy Kiya Re </em>and <em> Kambakht Ishq.</em> Both the channel and the production house are banking on these upcoming soaps to lift their fortunes. Though Sanjay Upadhyay, Creative Head Fictions Sony, remained tightlipped about the shows but said, “Balaji is making a show for us to fill in our prime-time slot, but it will be too early to divulge any details as everything is in the initial stages.”
