When Riddhesh suffers from a cardiac arrest, his deteriorating health condition leaves Gungun shattered.

Anubhav will accept the call and Garima will inform him about Riddhesh being hospitalized.

Garima will start crying and apologize. She will ask Gungun where she is as she can hear the ambulance sirens from her side.
