Akshara is in a dilemma and imagines people around her asking her to confess her love for Abhimanyu. She imagines Abhimanyu too coming to her and asking to accept that she loves him.

The Birlas send Haldi for Aarohi, but accidentally it falls on Akshara first.

Abhimanyu is praying to Lord Shiva and thanking him for saving Akshara's life. Just then he hears Akshara singing and goes to see her but doesn't go inside her room.

Akshara tells Aarohi that she has still not answered her question about the money she gave to someone.

The Goenkas and Birlas learn about Akshara's accident and they come to the hospital. Aarohi tells them that her vocal cords have been affected and she might never sing again.

Harshvardhan realises that there has been so much drama happening around and he wants Abhimanyu and Aarohi to get married as soon as possible.

Akshara's condition turns worse, Abhimanyu is called to do the surgery for Akshara, looking at her on the stretcher losing her life...

Akshara tries to stop Aarohi from going and meets with an accident. She is brought to the Birla hospital and Abhimanyu is shocked to see her.

Aarohi gives money to the college guy and he assures her that her seat is finalised. Neil is suspicious of Aarohi's actions.

Abhimanyu reveals to Akshara that henceforth, she doesn't exist for him and he wouldn't get affected by her, but Neil is sure that he will stop Aarohi and Abhi's wedding as it is wrong.
