Akshara asks Aarohi to forget their past issues and move on so that there is peace at the Birla house. Abhimanyu on the other hand faces issues at the hospital because of Neil’s decision. 

Abhimanyu lashes out at Neil for not asking him before he gave the go-ahead at the hospital to change the order of people eligible for a kidney transplant. They get into an ugly fight because of what happened at the hospital.

Akshara asks Abhimanyu what is wrong. He lies that one of his friend’s wife is having complications with her pregnancy. Akshara is unaware about her condition and Abhimanyu’s laptop has her reports which she later uses for some work.

Abhimanyu comes to know about Akshara’s health condition. Abhimanyu loses his calm as he keeps thinking about Akshara’s condition. He feels he will tell Akshara the truth after he has figured out the best way forward from it.
