Akshara tells him that she will call him later, and goes to the room where Anisha and Kairav are. Anisha tells her that she accidentally came to this room. Abhimanyu calls Anisha and asks her to leave the Goenka house asap. Anisha tells Akshara that she is feeling better and should leave.

Anisha goes to pick up a call and Akshara feels Abhimanyu is not happy that she came. She tells him that she has some work and leaves from there. Abhimanyu hugs her before she leaves. Later, he tells Neil that he is with Anisha.

She then calls up his landline and Manjari picks it up. She tells her that though everyone is against them now, they will soon understand their love. She then tells him that Abhimanyu left for the camp early in the morning. Akshara then calls Neil who tells her that he is going to meet Abhimanyu at a location sent by him. He asks Akshara to come with him.

Akshara asks him if he has really thought it through, to which Abhimanyu tells her that he became a doctor to help the needy and he can do that anywhere. Akshara then asks him if that is all that is disturbing him. Abhimanyu remembers Anisha's incident and wants to share it with her but just then he gets a call for the surgery, and he leaves.

Hardhvardhan asks him why he always keeps threatening them but Abhimanyu tells him that this time he is doing it and as for the reason for his resignation, he asked Harshvardhan to put his name. Abhimanyu tells Manjari to not stop him this time. He tells them that he has a few pending surgeries left and he will leave once it's done.

Aarohi tells him that she is a professional and will continue to work there even if it means getting scolded by Mahima or bearing Abhimanyu's attitude. She tells them that she did nothing wrong and shouldn't be punished. Akshara supports her in this and tells them that Aarohi's work shouldn't suffer.

Abhimanyu then tells her how Manish was adamant about not going with him and he had to stop those two guys so that they could drop him home. Akshara then tells him she has resigned from the hospital. Abhimanyu tells her that she shouldn't have done that and he is going to miss her a lot. Akshara tells her it was important that she did that.

Abhimanyu goes to meet Anisha and is shocked to see that she has slit her wrist. Akshara reaches home and tells Kairav to inform Manish that she has resigned. At the same time, Manish's car breaks down and Abhimanyu comes to his rescue.

Abhimanyu tells her that she should stop living in guilt because whatever happened with her mother was an accident. Akshara is surprised that Abhimanyu knows about her past. Just then Abhimanyu gets a call and leaves immediately.

Abhimanyu tells Harshvardhan that Manish is his would-be wife's bade papa, which means he is his own, the Goenkas are their family, and he shouldn't talk ill about them. Harshvardhan blames Manjari for Abhimanyu's behaviour, but Manjari is heard saying that Abhimanyu at least knows how to respect women which clearly Harshvardhan doesn't know.
