Director Zoya Akhtar suggested that the media is being hypocritical about the nepotism debate in the film industry, because it chooses to focus on star-kids even when others can be highlighted.

Zoya Akhtar, on Thursday, launched the trailer of her upcoming Netflix film The Archies. The filmmaker and her frequent collaborator Reema Kagti recently opened up about how they narrowed down the cast of The Archies, starring a bunch of young actors, including Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Agastya Nanda, Mihir Ahuja, Vedang Raina, among others.

A new video has fueled relationship rumors regarding Suhana, Agastya, and their respective parents, Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan, and Shweta Bachchan, despite the fact that they have not yet commented on the rumors.

The first song of the much-awaited Zoya Akhtar film The Archies titled “Sunoh” was unveiled on Thursday, by the cast of the film. Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, Khushi Kapoor, Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, Dot and Yuvraj Menda looked their stylish best as they arrived at the song launch event of their debut movie.

Soon to be actress Suhana Khan has been grabbing attention of the fans in the recent past with her appearances while promoting her movie The Archies.

Agastya Nanda, the grandson of Amitabh Bachchan, has several projects lined up even before making his acting debut, and offers are coming in from all around B-Town.

Boney Kapoor and the late Sridevi's daughter Khushi Kapoor (Veronica Lodge), Shah Rukh Khan, and Gauri Khan's daughter Suhana Khan (Betty Cooper) all appear in the film, which is directed by Zoya Akhtar. Besides Dot (Ethel Muggs), Jughead Jones (Mihir Ahuja), Reggie Mantle (Vedang Raina), and Dilton Doiley (Yuvraj Menda) are also present.

Along with Yuvraj Menda, Aditi 'Dot' Saigal, Mihir Ahuja, Vedang Raina, and others, the film features a strong cast. In a recent interview, Khushi plays Betty in The Archies discussed the similarities between herself and her on-screen persona. She also mentioned how quickly she developed a bond with her co-stars.

Zoya Akhtar’s upcoming directorial venture The Archies boasts of a stellar cast and is set to introduce a set of talented newbies to the Bollywood industry.
