The touching story of the show centers on the relationship between Mangal and Lakshmi, two sisters. Mangal is in a toxic marriage and decides to find the perfect match for Lakshmi to keep her away from experiencing what she does.

When the family gets to the hospital, Lakshmi and Kartik find out that Adit is seeing someone else. Afterward, the doctor tells Mangal that Adit's wife's presence throughout the accident was miraculous, which makes Mangal feel thankful for Saumya rather than suspicious.
