Karan gets jailed for forcing Nidhi to commit suicide and Preeta defends him. Thankfully, Nidhi gains conscious and now Karan and Shaurya bring her back to home. Rakhi performs her aarti with a hope that Karan and Nidhi's relationship gets better.

Rajveer hates Karan to the core. Preeta is unable to bear his hate for Karan because she believes that Karan is innocent in Nidhi’s suicide attempt case. Now, in the next track, Rajveer decides to not sit silent but take advantage of Karan being in the jail.

Karan and Preeta are going through a hard time because the Luthra family is against them. Nidhi is back in the house and she is changed now. Nidhi gets emotional when Kavya's pre-wedding functions kick start.

Karan leaves Nidhi scared of losing him and at the same time, the suicide attempt changes a lot for her. Nidhi is suddenly showing a big change in her heart and this is why she invites Preeta for Kavya’s mehendi function.

Nidhi coming back to the Luthra House after she recovers. Now, Preeta takes care of Nidhi and the latter realizes that Karan is responsible for everything because Preeta hasn’t yet recalled her lost memory.

Nidhi attempts to commit suicide and Karan gets jailed because of it. However, Nidhi saves Karan and now she is back in the house. The drama will get intensified further because Nidhi will start throwing tantrums as Preeta comes to meet her and starts taking care of her.

Karan rejects Nidhi’s love proposal and he confesses his true love only for Preeta. Nidhi fails to bear this huge shocker and thus she shockingly takes an extreme step of suicide. Preeta tries her best to stop her but the situation deteriorates.

Karan comes to know about Preeta losing her memory. Now, he decides to somehow bring her lost memory back. Therefore, this is why he invites her to home on Mahashivratri.

Nidhi has been planning and plotting against Karan and Preeta. Now, in the new promo, a shocking twist will now spice up the whole when Police barges in to arrest Karan on the charges of Nidhi’s suicide attempt.

Karan brings Preeta to the Luthra House and everything starts to get too complicated from here on. Kareena and Rakhi refuse to let her stay back but Karan convinces them. Now, Nidhi is too scared to lose Karan once again.
