Pihu seems to be dependent on alcohol to run her life and acts very immature. Lakhan and Monica Kapoor who are foster parents to Prachi and Pihu, never treated them as their children and even refrained from calling them mom and dad.

We see that Monica wishes to get Pihu married to Maahir. She doesn’t want Lakhan to get close or share a bond with Pihu and Prachi. She wants Pihu out of the way since Prachi is already shifting abroad.

We will see that Pihu has completely changed and is no longer the smart and innocent girl she used to be. Even though she has brought up Prachi well, unfortunately she has ruined her own life by drinking.

Pihu will become a spoiled and undisciplined brat where she remains drunk all day. Raghav will be a good friend of Pihu as well as Prachi and will be there for them. Raghav loves Prachi and Angad seems to have a soft corner for Pihu.

After 20 years, things seem to have changed a lot in the Kapoor household. Lakhan has turned into a ruthless business tycoon who only cares about making profit and has no concern for Ram and Priya’s daughters Pihu and Prachi.

Brinda used to be only Ram’s best friend but soon became Priya’s friend too. Both Ram and Priya got ample support from their good friends like Brinda and Aditya.

Prachi is in her car and hears on the FM that Lakhan Kapoor is going to achieve his fifth business award. But, he is media shy and thus, does not want to make an appearance.
