Previously, Sayali was staying at her mom’s house after a huge fight with Sachin. Meanwhile, Sayali’s brother is all set to go to college when Shobha asks him if he has money.

Previously, Paresh is admitted to the hospital and the doctors say that his heart is not pumping enough blood as well as his heart beats are weak. Now, Sachin goes to see Paresh in the hospital room and recollects all the good memories of his father.

Sayali's mother asks her to go to Sachin or at least give him a call, but she refuses. She tells her that she wants to defend her self-respect right away. Her mother asks her to stop hurting herself in this way, telling her that her adamant behavior is ruining her life.

Shobha is all set to go to the market when Sayali stops her and tells her that she will accompany her. Shobha however tells her that if Sachin comes to take her back, then she should be waiting for him.

Previously, Paresh is admitted to the hospital and Sachin talks to the doctor inquiring about his health. The doctor reveals that the blood flow to his heart is very less and his heart beat too is low and thus it is tough to say anything.

When Sachin unintentionally slaps Roshini, Paresh suffers a heart attack. Sachin doesn't waste time to take Paresh to the hospital. Sachin will be told by the doctors that Paresh's condition is extremely critical and that surgery is necessary since anything can happen.

Sayali asks Monty to understand her by telling him that she is in serious trouble. She asks for Help and promises him that she won't do this again. Sayali says that she needs one more chance, to which Monty yells at her, telling her he won't give her another chance before walking away.

Sayali tells Sachin that she will never come back to him, that he will suffer in the same way that she does, and that he will feel suffocated by her absence. Sayali tells him that although he helped her realize it was useless, she still wanted to come back to him and let him know that she did not commit a mistake.

It has been seen recently that Sachin receives a call from Raghav after the latter makes fun of Riya. Since she betrayed him due to her purported love, he makes fun of her on the road.

Sachin feels that Sayali has supported Akash and Riya’s wedding. He feels she even broke his trust, because of her Paresh had suffered humiliation. He is affected by Paresh’s condition.
