The actress underwent a kidney stone surgery recently and doctors have advised her complete bed rest. A source says, “Sara complained of severe kidney pain last week. She went for a check-up and she was informed that she was suffering from an acute infection. Doctors advised her to undergo an immediate surgery. The actress was operated in a hospital in Mira Road, Mumbai. Sara is back home but she is on complete bed rest.”

She will be seen in <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/amit-dolawat-enters-choti-bahu>Ram Milaayi Jodi</a>, <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/rajita-sharma-opts-out-yeh-pyaar-na-hoga-kam>Rajita Sharma</a>'s first venture as an independent producer. The Zee serial will see Meher in a pivotal role.

Rajita Sharma, known for having written one of the most successful screenplays in recent times (Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai) was all set to take a big step in her career. Rajita was to launch herself as a co-producer of <em>Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam</em> scheduled to go on air soon.
