Sharad Kelkar, good actor or singer?

The perfect husband of Indian television, Sharad Kelkar aka Nahar of <em> Saat Phere</em> is worn out these days. Beside <em> Saat Phere</em> he'll now be seen in Sahara One's <em> Jjhoom India</em>. We caught up with him to chat about his experience on acting and singing and what he prefers most. "It is tough to shoot all day and rehearse at night. But if you ask me what's easy then I would choose acting over singing. Singing is not my cup of tea but <em> Jjhoom </em> is giving me a good experience and also serving as a great change from my routine." says Sharad.

Saat phere completes 500 episodes

Zee TV has been steadily climbing up the TRP charts with regard to daily soaps. One of the prime reasons for this upward swing is also the grand success of its show <em> Saat phere</em>, which aired its 500th episode yesterday. This tale of a simple and dusky girl, Saloni, has indeed appealed to the viewers.

An Eco-friendly Ganpati Utsav!

While most of our telly stars are gearing-up to bring home the god of prosperity, they're also not forgetting their responsibility and are taking a pledge to bring home eco-friendly Ganpati idols. Rajshree is Zee TV's new find!

Approximately four years ago, Zee TV launched a new face, gave her a screen name and splashed her across the country in an unprecedented publicity campaign. 'Khushi', (as she was called) has now given way to 'Saloni', a girl next door, in Sunjoy Wadhwa's forthcoming <em>Saat Phere</em>, that will debut soon on the channel.
