Tellychakkar.com was the first to break the news of choreographer cum actor Pinky Chinoy coming up with a show on Doordarshan, Betiyaan Vardan Hoti Hain under the banner Pinky Media Pvt Ltd. Apart from Pinky acting in the serial, many renowned names like Kader Khan, Reema Lagoo, Shilpa Shirodkar are also a part of Betiyaan. And now we have been informed that few more big names have been roped in by the production house.

Veteran director Anil Dubey (he has assisted directors Shekhar Kapur and Jagmohan Mundra and TV directors like Ravi Ojha and Sanjay Upadhyay) is turning producer and while he has yet to pitch his show, his unit begins shooting in a couple of weeks.

Uncle. The show peeks into the world of kids and will be hosted by veteran actor-turned-film producer Anupam Kher. "In recent times, a number of new shows have been launched on Zee Smile. All these shows have found popularity with our audiences. Keeping in mind our younger viewers, we are bringing <em>Kuch Khatti Kuch Meethi Baatein</em> with Anupam Uncle on the channel. Our endeavour is to have on air a variety of shows to cater to viewers from different walks of life," says Business Head, Nitin Vaidya.
