Priya has a makeover and introduces herself in Ram's life as Lovely. She pays Ram's bills to compel him to contact and meet her at the cafe.

Things go as per her plan when Ram comes to the cafe to return Priya’s money but then she begins arguing with him. As she refuses to take his money, Ram gets upset and instead he offers Priya the job of being his secretary in his office.

Vedika is trying to take advantage of Ram's memory loss, as he only remembers her. She smartly reveals to Ram that she is planning to leave Shashi as she is not happy in her marriage.

Ram has forgotten Priya and Pihu while Nandini and Vedika have once again gained control over him. But, Priya decides to fights back and save Ram from the toxic people.

Previously we saw that Vedika, Nandini and Shubham feel victorious in their evil plan as Ram has lost his memory after the accident and doesn’t remember anything before the accident. Since Ram has forgotten Priya, Vedika takes advantage of this fact and tries to get close to Ram.

Pihu breaks down uncontrollably, but Vedhika then comes in between and throws them out. Meera Maa is shocked to see Vedhika claiming Ram as her own.

Ram and Priya meet with a terrible accident after the huge confrontation with Nandini. They are rushed to the hospital. Situation gets tensed as Ram suffers from memory loss.

Currently, the terrible road accident has a huge impact on Ram as he suffers from partial memory loss. Ram has trouble recognising people around him.

Ram and Priya are once again seperated as they get severely injured in an accident. Priya has head injuries and her condition is not very stable.

Pihu craves for her family to be happy and healthy again and Priya is sad seeing this sight.
