<strong>What’s your fitness mantra?</strong>
I do Vipassana every day for one hour. This keeps me calm throughout the day.
<strong>Do you go to gym daily?</strong>
I use to go to the gym but now I don’t get time to hit the gym everyday. But when I get time I go late in the night.
<strong>Exercise regime consists of?</strong>
I go for weight training thrice a week and cardio everyday for 20 to 25 minutes.
<strong>Are you a foodie?</strong>
Yes, I am big time food lover. I like to eat Italian, Punjabi, Rajasthani.
<strong>Are you a vegetarian or non vegetarian?</strong>

Romit Raj aka Yuvraj of <em>Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan</em> practices Vipassana( a meditation technique) to keep himself fit and have a healthy mind. At present Romit is busy with his two dailies <em>Betiyaan</em> and <em>Maayka</em> on Zee TV.
