In a programme on Monday 19 November, the Bimal Roy Memorial and Film Society will honour veteran thespian Dilip Kumar with the Bimal Roy Trophy. The recognition comes in with less than a month to go before the veteran turns 90. This itself would be another milestone in the history of Indian cinema. Divulges the star’s actress-producer wife Saira Banu, "Dilip Sahab's birthday is on 11 December and since it is his 90th, it is very special for all of us."
