Ameesha Patel is opening up about the creative differences during the shoot of Gadar 2, and how it was Sunny Deol and her who stepped in and made space for many changes in the film. Speaking with Bollywood Hungama, Ameesha said that Kunal Goomer deserves the maximum credit for the success of the film.

According to Sacnilk.com, the movie made over a crore on Thursday, the same day Shah Rukh Khan's most recent movie, Jawan, hit theatres. On the first day of its domestic release, Jawan brought in 75 crore net.

Gadar and Gadar 2 director Anil Sharma opened up about his volatile relationship with actor Ameesha Patel, who played the role of Sakeena in both blockbuster films, headlined by Sunny Deol.

Ameesha Patel made her acting debut in the romantic thriller blockbuster Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai. She rose to prominence by featuring in top grossing productions- Gadar: Ek Prem Katha (2001), which became one of the biggest hits in the history of Hindi cinema, earning her a Filmfare Special Performance Award, Humraaz (2002), and Bhool Bhulaiyaa (2007).

Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel have already begun shooting for Gadar 2. Recently, the two also shared a few of the pictures from the sets on social media.
