After a three-year hiatus from acting on TV, the cricketer-turned-actor enters the show tonight. He plays Rajput king Jay Singh, the father of Princess Damayanti (Ridhi Dogra).

Boys will remain Boys! Our 18-hour-a-day working Tellywood guys are no different. A bunch of tellyland's sports buffs, who christened their outfit as Boxy Boyz, officially announced their cricket team on Thursday at JW Marriot, Mumbai.
Boxy boyz is founded by Dilip Agarwal, Salil Ankola, Shabir Ahluwalia and Vikas Sethi and is managed by Dilip Agarwal's company PEP Pvt.Ltd.

Salil Ankola is now in form to play Inspector Akshay in <em>CID Special Bureau</em> from 11 March. So how does it feel to be a part of the striking corps of cops, geared up to wipe out crime? "It's awesome. I played Special Investigation Officer in <em>Kehta Hai Dil</em> and co-incidentally I am playing it again in <em>CID Special Bureau</em>," says and excited Salil.
