International Women's Day (8 March) is a special day for women across the world because a woman is the epitome of tenderness, care and wisdom. The day is celebrated for the cause of womanhood of liberty, equality, freedom and justice. On this auspicious day, <em>Tellychakkar.com</em> caught up with a few TV male stars and enquired as to who is the special woman in their lives and are they planning anything special for them. A lowdown:

Colors’ <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/parichay-go-air-15-march-show-have-happy-ending>Parichay</a> (Balaji Telefilms) is coming to an end on 15 March 2013. This has not gone down well with the show's fans who have termed it unfair. Well, there is someone from the star cast of the show, who share similar thoughts like the fans. Who? None other than the lead of the show <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/happy-birthday-samir-soni-and-darshan-jariwala>Samir Soni</a>, better known as Kunal Chopra.

Fans of Colors’ <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/parichay-completes-400-episodes>Parichay</a> have been sending us mails and running a campaign on varied social networking sites, demanding and beseeching the channel and makers (Balaji Telefilms) to not to end the show.

Indian television is unique. It has archetypal features which you will never see anywhere else in the world. Hence, we asked eminent personalities from the TV industry to share about the 8 things which the TV industry simply can’t do without. But before that, the cast and crew have something to smile about as the show completes 400 successful episodes tonight (20 February 2013). Accordingly, we chatted with some of the actors of the show to learn about their feeling on achieving the feat.
