Roxy and Natasha finally come to know that the man with Preeta is Karan. Thus, when Karan and Preeta are having their romantic honeymoon night, Roxy and Natasha set their room on fire.

Earlier, Prithvi bribes Roxy and Natasha to kill Karan. Although they kill Karan by pushing him off the dam, they see Preeta in Manali.

After the grand reunion of Karan and Preeta, the Luthra family throws a birthday party for Karan. Moving on, Anjali marks her villainous entry to ruin Karan and Preeta’s day. She accuses Karan of betraying her sister Nidhi with whom he got engaged.

Roxy and Natasha in Manali make a deadly attack on Karan and Preeta by setting their room ablaze. Karan risks his life and somehow saves Preeta and himself, but as they get out, Roxy and Natasha hold them at gunpoint.

Nidhi will take a stand for Karan against Anjali where the latter is planning to separate Karan from Preeta but fails. Preeta is now going to become a mother to twins and Karan is super excited to become a father.

Anjali tries her best to separate Karan and Preeta, but all her attempts go in vain. Further, Karan takes Preeta on a romantic honeymoon trip. The show takes a short leap with Preeta's pregnancy track.

Arjun transfers his entire wealth to Preeta before marriage. Karan and Preeta are happy in their new life, where she makes the sweets and feeds to feed him, marking a new beginning.
