Bollywood actor-director Farhan Akhtar exchanged wedding vows with long-time girlfriend Shibani Dandekar on February 19, with close friends, family, and several members from the industry in attendance, at Khandala. An actress has stated that she was crushing on Farhan Akhtar too during the show I Can Do That. It was on this show that Shibani and Farhan supposedly met and fell in love with each other.

Farhan and Shibani got married in an intimate ceremony attended by family and close friends. The duo tied the knot at a farmhouse in Khandala, a hill station close to Mumbai, after dating each other for more than four years.
