Karan shockingly hits Preeta with his car. Preeta meets with a drastic accident and this changes everything because the latter lands in hospital.

Nilesh investigates Preeta's whereabouts and also decides to find out her relationship with Rajveer. Therefore, Nidhi informs her friend Aarohi about Preeta and Karan's investigation after her.

Kavya lied in the court to save Rajveer and Shaurya as she knows that Shaurya stole the money to trap Rajveer. Therefore, when Karan gets doubtful of the reality, he decides to find out the truth and that’s when Kavya, Rajveer, and Preeta’s life spice up as he comes to meet the latter.
