Shraddha Nigam who wants to try her hand at different kind of roles will now be seen getting spooked by a ghost in the episode titled <em> Abhinetri of Shh...Phir Koi Hai </em> Shraddha plays a small town girl who aspires to be a theatre actress. A ghost, who was once known for the role of<em> Abhinetri</em>when she was alive, doesn't want any other actress to be<em> Abhinetri</em>. She kills every girl who plays that role.

The vivacious actress who is seen in <em> Pyar Ishq Aur Mohabbat </em> on Zee Next is busy hosting a show on Filmy called <em> Filmy Cocktails</em>. It’s a weekly show. Her stint in<em> Pyar Ishq…</em> is now over. “Well yes my role in Zee next show is over. Now they are showing a repeat telecast of the show. Currently I’m just hosting the Bollywood gossip show on Filmy,” says Shraddha.

Karan Oberoi was livid with fellow actor Shraddha Nigam after the latter’s prank didn’t amuse him a wee bit. The two were rehearsing for Sony’s special event <em> Bura Na Mano Holi Hai</em> . when Shraddha started accusing Karan of misbehaving and passing indecent gestures. A shell shocked Karan pleaded innocence but Shraddha stuck by her guns. When she finally broke the ice, Karan wasn’t amused at all and walked off in disgust.

Shraddha Nigam and Krishna (earlier Sachin) Sharma are at loggerheads. The lead actors of Zee Next’s <em> Pyar, Ishq Mohabbat</em> are accusing each other of stealing each other’s food. Shraddha has a stock of this special bread with blue berries which she orders from Germany and it is her favorite snack. Left with a limited stock, she carries a portion of it on the sets everyday. During her break when she goes to have some of it, all she finds is an empty tiffin box. After repeated experiences, Shraddha played detective and found Krishna eating up her beloved bread!

Shraddha Nigam is back to work after spending a fortnight by the side of her mother who was down with a lung infection. The actor with a natural hair perm leaves for Dubai on 10 April to shoot for a Pakistani show called<em> Kabhi Na Kabhi.</em> Talking on the subject she elaborates, “I wasn’t shooting that much, so I could devote time to looking after my mother without any nagging thoughts of meeting deadlines." She adds that Pak serial revolves around three girls who have found their soul-mates in the first season of the show that has already had its run.

Shraddha Nigam was last seen judging <em>John Aur Kaun</em> on Hungama and had been doing Pakistani shows overseas. For now the petite actor prefers quality over quantity. Though she does not have any exciting shows on television to rave about but she surely has two quality movies in hand. The actor is doing <em> Salaam India </em> which is produced by <em>Salaam India</em> Productions and directed by Subhash Kapoor. The film revolves around the theme of cricket and includes the likes of Shraddha Nigam, Sanjay Suri, Sandhya Mridul, Milind Soman and a number of veteran actors.

Shraddha Nigam is in a state of shock. Reason --- she is going to appear on VCDs and she has no clue about it! The petite Shraddha, who shot to telly popularity with Zee's <em>Choodiyan</em> and was last seen on Sahara's <em>Saathiya</em>, shot at least 10 to 12 episodes for a show on Times TV's proposed spiritual channel, Ananda TV, some months ago. But now, with a change in the plans at Bennett, Coleman and Co, the media conglomerate that controls Times TV, Ananda may not even see the light of day!
