Talented TV actress Gurdeep Kohli has made her Bollywood debut with Akshay Kumar starrer Rowdy Rathore, where she is playing a cop. But she could not be any different than several other TV stars who hardly get screen space whenever they do films. It was quite disappointed for she hardly spoke (in just one scene) and did anything expect look sad. She was always a part of the motley crowd of cop supporters of local police boss Vikram Rathore (Akshay).

We caught up with Gurdeep Kohli after a long time. The last we heard about her was that she had walked out of Star One's upcoming show<em> Dil Mil Gaya</em>. Well, after a lot of coaxing the pretty actress, last seen in <em> Sindoor Tere Naam Ka,</em> revealed to us that she has signed on a new show. Now, this will be her first show after a whooping five month marriage break.

Sachin Shroff, who plays Dhruv in <em>Sindoor Tere Naam Ka</em>, had a surgery recently. After speaking to him we found out some more on the recovering actor who has been having a spate of injuries on the sets recently. The actor just had a surgery performed on his ankle six days ago. "Having taken up kick boxing classes, I happened to kick a block of wood wrongly in my second session itself (chuckles),"says Sachin with a sigh. On further questioning he says that he had been neglecting the surgery for quite sometime now and finally decided to get the problem solved after all.
