Recently, the channel started another mythological show titled Jai Hanuman Sankat Mochan Naam Tiharo. It shows the journey of God Hanuman and his love and devotion toward Lord Ram. TellyChakkar is back with another exclusive update from the world of entertainment.

Now, Tarun’s birthday is on 23 February and Smriti’s on the 19th of the same month. And the ‘head over heels in love jodi’ decided to celebrate their birthdays together on the same day, on 23 Feb.

<a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/slideshow/tarun-smritis-reception-party>Smriti Mohan and Tarun Khanna</a> who recently got married, after a lot of ifs and buts, seem to be happy these days. In fact, Smriti is of late on a high because she’d be celebrating her first <em>Karva Chauth</em> today (2 November).

Smriti Mohan, better known as Durga Mohan of Ghar ki lakshmi betiyann fame, is all set to enter in Sahara One’s mythological show <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/ganesh-leela-courts-divine-controversy>Ganesh Leela</a></em>. It’s not only a first mytho for her but it’s also the first time that <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/smriti-mohan/smriti-mohan-follows-gunjan-walia-out-betiyann>Mohan</a> will be playing a double role.

Betiyann may have completed 500 episodes but the lead faces of the show are on a disappearing act. Earlier we had reported about Gunjan Walia being released from the show. Now we hear that Smriti Mohan too is on her way out. The actress has already given it in writing to the production house about her desire to quit the show and we hear that the production house has again obliged.

It seems Nupur Alankar’s social deeds have influenced many on the sets of <em> Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan.</em> All the actors from the show are helping one of the spot boys for his daughter’s marriage. They are contributing Rs.2000 each to help Hussain, the spot boy. Earlier Nupur Alankar had helped a spot boy named Badshah with money, some years ago when his son met with an accident. Then she funded Rafeeq, from the arts department, who needed money for his daughter’s marriage.
