KBC season 6 opens with record numbers

KBC and the magic of Big B is back on Sony Entertainment Television. There was not much of a doubt that the reality show produced by Big Synergy will once again strike a chord with the masses, like all its previous seasons. And bingo...season 6 has opened with an awesome response and its first episode garnered an impressive number of 6.1 TVR. Saturday’s (8 September) episode bagged 5.3 TVR.

Byaah Hamari Bahu Ka to end on 18 October?

Byaah Hamari Bahu Ka, produced by Hats Off Productions was launched on Sony Entertainment Television with the unique USP of the ‘<em>Bahu</em>’ of the house getting remarried. However, the plot did not appeal to the viewers and the show failed to deliver in numbers. As per the research conducted, there was an opinion that viewers would start liking the show once the girl got married, and this is when the makers took the story ahead in a hurry. But all their efforts did not bring in the numbers.

Wedding dilemma for Mona in Kyaa Hua Tera Vaada

Sony TV's Hongey Judaa Naa Hum loosely inspired from the movie 'The Vow'?

The much-hyped love story with a difference, Hongey Judaa Naa Hum launches tonight (10 September 2012) at the 9 pm slot on Sony Entertainment Television. The show will be the comeback vehicle for popular face Aamna Shariff, who made it big in television with <em>Kahiin Toh Hoga</em> years back. And her pairing with Raqesh Vashisth is touted to be the next big hit jodi of television.

Aamir Ali switches on the "apology mode"

Some time back we had reported that the lead actors of Sony Entertainment Television’s upcoming show Hongey Juda Na Hum, Aamna Shariff and Raqesh Vashisht had signed a non-disclosure agreement with the production house, Shri Adhikari Brothers. Priyal Gor feels with training...she can very well rock the dance floor in a reality show

Priyal Gor, who essayed the female protagonist in the recently concluded Dekha Ek Khwaab on Sony Entertainment Television, is glad that her show had a decent run. Talking about it, Priyal tells <em>Tellychakkar.com</em>, “It was a good show; in fact this was my first project that ran for a long time. I had to quit my debut show <em>Ram Milaayi Jodi</em> after sometime, and my SAB TV show <em>Ammaji Ki Galli</em> shut shop quickly. I simply enjoyed my stint in <em>Dekha Ek Khwaab</em> in the role of the princess.”
