Sriram Raghavan is gearing up to direct a drama film for Saif Ali Khan's home production company Illuminati Films. Talking to <em>Tellychakkar.com</em> about him doing the film, he said, "It’s true that I am making a drama film for Illuminati Films. It’s a very different film and something I have not done before. We should begin work on it in two-three months."

Not so long ago, Ranbir Kapoor had made public his intentions of reviving the R K banner, brought into existence by his late grandfather Raj Kapoor. Ever since he made the announcement, Ranbir has been constantly working with his father Rishi Kapoor and uncle Randhir Kapoor looking up scripts that have come their way. It is now said that Ranbir was recently approached by director Sriram Raghavan with a script. After listening to it, the actor felt that this could well be just the right film for the banner’s resurrection.
