What's the future of Star Plus’ Qayamat Ki Raat? Will it click or not?

Well… Well… Well…there has been a much buzz in the media about Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming and debut show on Indian television, <em>Saraswatichandra</em>. The serial is expected to hit the screens sometime this month (February 2013). Now, we all know that Sanjay Leela Bhansali is one of the finest directors this country has ever seen. His movies have been crafted on a large canvas and he has always been a trendsetter of sorts. Many are wondering and hoping that he will create similar magic on the small screen as well.

The title 'DIYA AUR BAATI HUM' vibrates on Number 40 – which is neither fortunate nor unfortunate. But the person it represents becomes self-contained, lonely and isolated from his/her fellows. So it is not a favorable number from a worldly or material point of view. On the other side, the current year 2011 has been proving lucky for people, places, names, dates, etc adding up to Numbers 1, 2, 4 and 7. The show aired its first episode on August 29, 2011 which can be considered an auspicious beginning.
