The year 2012 was indeed very good for Akshay Kumar, with all his released films like <em>Housefull 2, Rowdy Rathore, Oh My God</em> and <em>Khiladi 786</em> doing exceedingly well at the box office except for Farah Khan’s <em>Joker</em>. With a bountiful year behind him, the star has started shooting for the Hindi remake of Tamil action thriller <em>Thuppakki</em> that will have Sonakshi Sinha as his co-star.
