Virat called Sai to treat Karishma and she leaves after doing the needful. However, Virat stops her and thanks her for her help despite the fact that his family humiliates her.

Pakhi confronts Virat about publicly hugging Sai and bursts out at Virat for lying to her and accuses him of going to Sai since Pakhi has become useless to him. Bhavani enters the discussion and is worried about her political career.

Pakhi is upset that Virat has started lying to her. Pakhi also confronts him for lying about leaving for official work when he was with Sai and tended to her wounded hand.

Virat is confused over this odd question and presents the reason to be his work but Pakhi points out that it would have been better to hug her in closed walls rather than publicly. Virat is shocked for a second and asks her about what she means.

Sai is very broken over losing Vinu again. However, she is determined that she will find her lost child and believes he is still alive. In the upcoming track, we will see that Sai is musing to herself, seeing Virat and Vinu play happily.

Now, we see that Virat and Sai meet in the café and Sai expresses her pain over losing Vinu all over again and questions Bappa about why is she the one who has to go through the same hurt again. Virat tries to console her.

Now, we see that Sai breaks down in Virat’s arms and asked him about why he didn’t stop her when she left with Vinu. Virat too cries and tells her and accepts his mistake about letting her go.

She expresses her pain over losing Vinu all over again and questions Bappa about why is she the one who has to go through the same hurt again. Sai tells Virat about the first time she lost her son.

Pakhi continues saying that the people who don’t have anything, compromise with their situation but people never understand the pain of someone who supposedly has everything and still comes up with nothing.
