Call it damage control or the need of the hour. Parizad Kolah-Marshall, the resident host of Star One’s <em> The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, </em> is going to replace Shenaz Treasurywala in the ongoing season 4.

All recently launched shows who thought they could survive the onslaught of the Indian Premier League unfortunately have some egg on their faces. However, Star One has decided to play it safe and have cleverly postponed the fourth season of its premier comedy show <em> The Great Indian Laughter Challenge</em>.

Former MTV VJ and actor Shenaz Tresurywala is all set to host <em> The Great Indian Laughter Challenge 4</em>. The bubbly Shenaz is replacing Parizad Kolah-Marshal who has anchored all the previous three seasons. When contacted, Star India VP, Marketing and Communications Prem Kamath refused to comment on it. <em>TGILC</em> director Pankaj Saraswat said, “A press conference will be held in the coming days. You would know everything then.”

He’s been an integral part of <em> The Great Indian Laughter Challenge,</em> but if sources are to be believed, Shekhar Suman may not be there as a judge in its upcoming fourth season. Our source reveals, “Thus far Shekhar’s name hasn’t come up for the judges’ slot. You never know what might happen at the last minute, but at the moment it looks unlikely that he’ll be approached. While there’s uncertainty surrounding Shekhar’s name, Navjot Sidhu will continue to be part of the show.”
