Vidyut Jamwal is all set for Commando sequel

The Force actor Vidyut Jamwal’s Commando-Rambo act in director Dilip Ghosh’s Commando has been received with heartwarming gusto by the public. And as it becomes clear that Jamwal is the new action hero of Bollywood, plans to carry the <em>Commando</em> tale forward are now being concretized. South African action director Franz Spilhaus (of <em>Dredd</em> fame) who worked on all the breathtaking stunt pieces of <em>Commando</em> has been asked to take Jamwal’s action to the next level. Spilhaus has asked producer Vipul Shah to send video-recorded stunt-pieces performed by Jamwal.

Vidyut Jamwal to compose fight sequences for Bullet Raja

Although Tigmanshu Dhulia’s new project Bullet Raja has an official action director Parvez Khan (who’s done heart-in-the-mouth stunts in <em>Ra.One, Vishwaroop</em> and <em>Agent Vinod</em>) it’s the new action-star Vidyut Jamwal who will compose his own stunts for the film. Vidyut who steps into a doughty cop’s role that was to be played by Irrfan Khan would be making a very special appearance in the film. And the action-star will make his appearance as special as possible.

Starring <strong>Vidyut Jamwal, Pooja Chopra, Jaideep Ahlawat</strong> Directed by <strong>Dilip Ghosh</strong> Rating: <strong>*** ? (3 and a half stars) </strong> We’ve never seen anything like this before...Or have we??? Not since Sylvester Stallone, Jean-Claude Van Damme and, ahem, Akshay Kumar have we witnessed action of such riveting authenticity and intensity.

Vidyut Jamwal replaces Irrfan Khan in Bullet Raja

Vidyut Jamwal, who was last seen in Force has replaced Irrfan Khan in Tigmanshu Dhulia's next film <em>Bullet Raja</em>. According to reports the <em>Paan Singh Tomar</em> actor opted out of the film due to date issues because his dates for this film were clashing with an international project he had already committed to. Reports further suggest that <em>Bullet Raja</em>'s Lucknow schedule got delayed due to the post-production of <em>Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Returns</em>. Later, Dhulia got busy promoting the sequel.
