Tellychakkar.com has already written about Vikas Seth, who was earlier associated with Swastik Pictures coming up a new production house which in all probability will be in charge of <em>Saubhagyavati Bhava</em> on Life OK.
This development comes after UTV Communications, which is presently producing the popular show shuts shop.
