Saptaparna and Ravi are VOI finalists

Star Plus’ music based reality show <em> Voice of India 2</em>. is on its final journey and contestants are now gearing up for the grand finale. As Vipul Mehta gets eliminated this week the stage is set for Saptaparna and Ravi. A source informs, “Vipul and Saptaparna were in the danger zone and Vipul lost to Saptaparna due to lack of votes. This was one of the grandest semi-finals and the visuals are simply fantastic and mesmerising. The episode was shot on a set which resembled <em> Deewane Aam of Laal Quila </em>.”

Now, VOI judges threaten to quit

The result of reality shows brings joy to many but it also brings disappointment to the rest. This episode of Voice of India 2 will have judges crying foul over the elimination of another talented participant Vipul Mehta.

Viva girl Anoushka on VOI

There was much speculation about the female voice which boomed on the sets of <em> Voice of India 2</em> on 3 October. This new voice that has challenged the remaining 6 contestants of the show is none other than Anoushka Manchandani. The singer turned model and VJ was a part of an Indian Band called <em> Viva </em> which was formed after five girls won a reality show on channel V. With her entry in the show the suspense came to an end.

Aishwarya to challenge VOI finalists

The contestants received a big shocker as Aishwarya Majmudar (<em> Voice of India Chhote Ustaad</em>'s winner) made an unceremonious entry on the show. And most importantly she announced that she will be challenging this batch of finalists on the show.

Judges stage a walk-out on VOI

This musical weekend started of with a big shock as Shaan revealed that this Friday would change the history of Indian television. For the first time, Friday would witness an elimination round which would leave the contestants, judges and audience completely awestruck. All the three judges were confused as there was no voting last week and hence, no scope for elimination. But Shaan was determined to disclose the suspense at the end of the show.

Shaan threatened to quit VOI

The format of Star Plus’<em> Voice of India </em> has undergone a change when the host of the show Shaan threatened to quit if undeserving talent gets promoted and parents cry foul. The change is that 100% rights will be given to the judges to bring in wild cards and there will be no public voting.

Shaan is back on VOI

Shaan is back in his comfort zone. Gajendrra Siingh has roped in the singer once again as a host in their upcoming season of <em> Voice of India</em>. The singer had opted out as he wanted to take a break and spend time with his children. But as the <em> VOI</em> is back with its ‘teenager’ version, the popular singer too is back. Shaan confirms the news and says, “I am back with <em> Voice of India</em> which is a talent hunt for the youth. I wanted a break so I opted out of <em>Chhote Ustaad</em>. Now I am back. The show will commence from 18th July.”

Madhuri and Lata make their debut appearance

The occasion was <em> Star Voice of India</em> and it was only befitting that stars and legends graced the occasion. For the first time ever, the Nightingale of India Lata Mangeshkar appeared on a reality show on Indian television. It was a double whammy as Bollywood’s <em> ‘dhak dhak’ </em> girl Madhuri Dixit too made her maiden reality show appearance at the grand finale.
