TellyChakkar had earlier reported that MTV’s Raghu Ram, the one whose middle name is ‘rude’ and who thought nothing before reducing the <em>Roadies</em> contestants to tears during the auditions will no longer be a part of the show’s seventh season. And now his twin brother Rajeev Laxman who is associated with Colosceum Media, the maker of <em>Splitsvilla</em> too has decided to venture outside MTV. Laxman is ready with his show <em>The Player</em> which will air on the rival channel V.

Kamya Punjabi and Rajeev Thakur re-enter <em> Kaante Ki Takkar </em>. The two are making a wild card entry in the show. Kamya and Rajeev were eliminated on October 18. A reliable source informed, “Kamya Punjabi and Rajeev Thakur will be seen once again on<em> Kaante Ki Takkar </em> from December 13. Since Suman’s team was going weak, Kamya and Rajeev were called back to the show. The jodi gets a good response from the judges in their re-entry episode.”

Rajesh Kumar and his partner Rajeev Nigam have been eliminated from <em> Kaante Ki Takkar</em>. But the format of elimination this time was not the same. As opposed to the earlier format where the highest scoring jodi eliminates the weak jodi, this time round the judge’s scores and audience poll decided the elimination of Rajesh and Rajeev.

It is Kamya Punjabi and Rajeev Thakur who will get eliminated this week on <em> Kaante Ki Takkar</em>. A source from the production house informs, “Rajeev and Kamya are eliminated this week. As per the format, a highest scoring jodi decides the elimination. Swapnil Joshi and VIP score the highest points once again and they decide to eliminate Kamya-Rajeev. It was Swapnil and VIP who eliminated Krushna Abhishek - Sudesh Lahiri as well. The theme for this week was ‘object’. Kamya-Rajeev performed an act where Rajeev played a mobile and Kamya played a sim card.”

Favourites don’t often win in reality shows and this is holding true on <em> Comedy Circus </em>2. First it was Sayantani Ghosh- Kuldeep Dubey and last week Rajesh Kumar and Rajeev Nigam were eliminated from<em> Comedy Circus </em>2. Apparently, Rajeev Nigam was distracted by the loosening of his<em> kurta</em> string and in the process twice forgot his lines. However, without being too critical of this folly, the judges found their act good and awarded them good marks. However, in the final analysis, the combined judge and audience votes went against Rajeev and Rajesh.

All those who were waiting to catch a glimpse of Rajeev Khandelwal who stole their hearts; this is one piece of news that would make them do a double flip. The hunk is back on television with an episodic on <em> C.I.D.</em> with Sachin Chhabra who he fondly calls Ranbir. Rajeev says, “I think Sachin resembles Ranbir Kapoor that is why I call him Ranbir.”

Rajeev Khandelwal who swept the fairer sex off their feet with his role of the tough and introvert Sujal to become the heartthrob of the nation will have to wait for a while for his debut flick<em> Aamir</em> to hit the big screen. <em> Aamir</em> was slated to release by the end of May but now it is pushed to June 6. The actor has already started receiving rave reviews for the promos of the movie.
