Well, well, well… Cricket's biggest competition returned this week on television with the advent of the sixth season of Indian Premier League. It began with a glamorous and sparkling opening ceremony at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata which featured Bollywood biggies Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone and American rapper Pitbull.
There is no doubt that IPL 6’s opening ceremony was an extravagant and grand affair, but now the question is whether it will manage to entertain, gain eyeballs of viewers and become a grand success.
