Amrit Manthan to get a new airing time with Savitri getting the 8.30 pm slot on Life OK?

The success of Devon Ke Dev… Mahadev (Triangle Films Company) on Life OK at the 8 PM slot might trigger the channel to bring in an unexpected change when it comes to the time slot of their next big fiction property, Savitri (produced by Flying Turtle Films). According to the buzz, the channel feels that the huge lead-in that Mahadev gets can be utilized in a better fashion by placing their next big show Savitri at the 8.30 pm slot. However, if this happens it means that Amrit Manthan (produced by Director’s Kut) will have to be pushed to a later slot. Our inside source informs us that this change will, in all probability, take place. Savitri is slated to launch on 18 February at the 8.30 pm slot. Though we do not have a clear picture of the new slot that Amrit Manthan will be getting, we hear that Amrit Manthan might replace Welcome: Baazi Mehmaan Nawaazi Ki once the culinary show culminates. When contacted, producer Rajan Shahi said, “I have not got any information on the slot change of Amrit Manthan”.
