MUMBAI: Bigg Boss 19 on JioHotstar and Colors once again brought lighter moments to the house as conversations turned from tasks to tea-making tales. When contestants complimented Ashnoor for her perfectly brewed chai, she revealed that her father had taught her the art of tea-making — and that’s why she follows every step with precision. “I’m very particular about measurements. Each ingredient has to go in a proper sequence,” she smiled.
Her comment sparked a wave of family anecdotes. Gaurav Khanna jumped in with a laugh, sharing, “My father doesn’t know how to cook. But once, we pushed him and he got overconfident like he knew everything. He made chai for us, and it looked fine. But when we had it, we realised he had put salt instead of sugar! He thought it was ground sugar. When we told him, he got offended and said he’d never cook again.”
Adding to the laughter, Pranit recalled, “My father never cooks either, but once my mother was unwell and asked him to make omelets for us. She explained everything properly. Five minutes after putting it on the tawa, he came back to ask why there were no bubbles — only to realise he hadn’t even turned on the gas!”
Moments like these remind viewers that Bigg Boss 19 isn’t just about strategies and rivalries — it’s also where heartwarming family stories and laughter find their space.
