In the new promo of the show Salman is seen questioning Shilpa's relationship with Karnaveer and Vivian.

Salman claims that Shilpa has often stated that when Rajat mistreated her, neither Karnaveer nor Vivian stood up for her.
The Superstar tells Shilpa that anytime an issue arises, Karanveer and Vivian both seek clarity, but when Rajat misbehaves, where were these two people?
Salman went on to say that "Vivian and Karanveer frequently come and ask her who is more important for you, who is up and who is down in the game, and asking for validation, sometimes in fun and sometimes serious because they want to know who is doing well.”
"No, I don't need them to play the game," Shilpa responds when he asks if she needs the two in the game.
At the end, Salman stated, "These two guys are doing shit and acting like your tail and following you.”
Shilpa always has mentioned that both Vivian and Karanveer are the same for her and she has never differentiated.
Undoubtedly, the relationship between Shilpa and the boys lacks clarity, and Salman is attempting to help her comprehend this.
