Popular celebrity manager Santosh Gupta has found himself in an ugly controversy once again.

The owner of Pinnacle Celebrity Management has been accused of intoxicating and then molesting a prospective employee in his Oshiwara apartment as per reports in Mumbai Mirror.

As per the report the victim, a resident from Nashik met Santosh when she visited his house with a friend for a party. As she stayed over, the two got talking and Santosh offered her a job. He asked her to meet him the next evening (6 August).

As per the FIR report the victim alleged that Santosh called her home in pretext of a party. Once there she found that no one was at his home. He reportedly made tea for her, which as soon as she consumed, started feeling dizzy.

The report further states that this is when Santosh allegedly molested her. After a lot of pleading by the victim, he left her alone. She then rushed to the Kokilaben Hospital where she informed the doctors that she has been drugged. A blood test confirmed that she had been administered a stupefying substance.

This is when she filed a case. Santosh on his part applied for an anticipatory bail which has been rejected by the court.

This is not the first time that Santosh has been accused of such case. A case was registered against him previously as well, in February 2015, where he allegedly spiked a girl's drink in Lucknow and then raped her. Taking note of the same, the judge decided to reject Santosh’s plea.

When the tabloid contacted Santosh, he said, "It is a misunderstanding and we are working on a solution. This is a false case. I am not absconding; I am in a hospital in Delhi."

Arguing his anticipatory bail, his lawyer told the court that he was not required for interrogation and that he was not likely to abscond. The prosecution however argued that the manager seemed to be in a habit of doing this to girls and there were chances of him going back to doing these acts if he was granted anticipatory bail, after which his application was rejected.
