MUMBAI: Tellychakkar has always promised to be your daily dose of entertainment, and this week we bring you an EXCLUSIVE interview with Star Bharat's new show Gupta Brothers lead actor, Satya Tiwari.
We start by asking the actor about his journey in the television industry so far, he says'' I came like a complete outsider to Mumbai television industry, like most stars I too did not have a Godfather, I have made some wrong choices too, but I was fortunate enough to land at right place among right people. Struggle has always been a part of my journey, I have faced rejections until 3 years before landing my first role as a negative lead in Star Plus' show Meri Durga. My experience hasn't been less than a roller-coaster ride so far.'' he chuckles.
We further question him about how he landed a role in Gupta Brothers, to which Satya says ''I had never imagined myself doing a Comedy-drama, but it was the show's writer and producer, Mahesh Pandey who had confidence in me, that I could pull it off well. That boosted my morale and so here I am putting my soul in my character, to win the heart of my audience."
The actor tells us about his experience working with co-actor Hiten Tejwani, ''Hiten sir is the most chilled out co-star I have worked with. Being an industry senior, he teaches us minute things which we tend to ignore working with other same-age actors."
He also tells us that working in the pandemic doesn't make him anxious, as all the government sanitization protocols are followed on the sets, and so he doesn't have to worry about anything.
